Sean Brennan specializes in the appraisal of commercial real estate located in Hillsborough, Merrimack, Strafford and Rockingham Counties of New Hampshire. 

Since 2008, he has appraised real estate in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Vermont.  He has experience appraising apartments, neighborhood and community retail, office, industrial, mixed-use, vacant industrial, commercial, and residential land, residential properties, marinas, mobile home parks, biotech facilities, self-storage, restaurants, student housing, residential subdivisions, railroad corridors, and conservation easements.  

Prior to founding Brennan Appraisal, Mr. Brennan worked with national and regional appraisal firms including Fremeau Appraisal, Inc., Valbridge Property Advisors, Petersen LaChance Regan Pino, LLC, and Greater Boston Valuation.
